The coins are round in shape with a raised rim on the obverse and the reverse. The coins’ edge is grained.

Obverse

at the top – the relief image of the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus; in the center – the EurAsEC logo framed by the Belarusian ornament "Zhytsen" symbolizing the productivity of land and a household’s well-being; on the right – the year of issue; on the left (on the silver coin) – the alloy standard; circumferential inscriptions: at the top – ДВАЦЦАЦЬ РУБЛЁЎ (20 RUBLES) on the silver coin and АДЗІН РУБЕЛЬ (1 RUBLE) on the copper-nickel one, and at the bottom – РЭСПУБЛІКА БЕЛАРУСЬ (THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS).

Reverse

in the center – framed by the flags of the EurAsEC member countries – the image of the globe where the boundaries of member countries on the territory of Eurasia are accentuated (on the silver coin the globe is performed as a hologram); and a circumferential inscription: ЕЎРАЗІЙСКАЯ ЭКАНАМІЧНАЯ СУПОЛЬНАСЦЬ · 10 ГОД (EURASIAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY · THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY).
