Obverse

within the circular geometric ornament – the relief of the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus; beneath – year of issue and alloy standard; inscriptions along the rim – at the top: "РЭСПУБЛIКА–БЕЛАРУСЬ" (REPUBLIC OF BELARUS), at the bottom: "ДВАЦЦАЦЬ РУБЛЁЎ" (TWENTY ROUBLES).

Reverse

at the background of Belarussian map – relief effigy of a populous column, which symbolizes mass trade union movement. On the flag – emblem of the Belarussian Federation of trade unions "ФПБ"; to the left from the column – relief effigy of the Palace of trade unions in Minsk; beneath – inscription "100 ГОД" (100 YEARS); within a circle at the top – inscription "ПРАФСАЮЗНАМУ РУХУ БЕЛАРУСІ" (BELARUSSIAN TRADE UNION MOVEMENT).
