The coin is round. The rim is raised on both sides of the coin. The edge of the coin is corrugated.
Obverse
within the circular geometric ornament – a relief effigy of the building of the National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater of the Republic of Belarus Bank; at the top – a relief effigy of the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus and an inscription "РЭСПУБЛIКА БЕЛАРУСЬ" (REPUBLIC OF BELARUS); at the bottom – face value of the coin "СТО РУБЛЁЎ" (ONE HUNDRED ROUBLES) and year of issue "2003"; under the building of the Theatre – alloy standard "Ag925" and fine silver content "155,5".
Reverse
Relief effigy of a scene from the national ballet "Passions" (Rogneda) and an inscription in two lines "Ballet Belarussian" (Беларускi балет).
