Commemorative coin "The Cross of Euphrasyne of Polatsk"

The coin is round in shape with the raised rim on the obverse and the reverse. The coins’ edge is grained with gaps therein and an indication of the coin’s serial number on the plain surface.
Obverse
in the center – the representation of the Church of the Transfiguration of the Saviour which was founded by St Euphrasyne of Polatsk; beneath – an inscription: СПАСА–ПРААБРАЖЭНСКАЯ ЦАРКВА (THE CHURCH OF THE TRANSFIGURATION OF THE SAVIOUR); on the left – the relief image of the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus, beneath – an inscription: РЭСПУБЛІКА БЕЛАРУСЬ (THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS) engraved in two lines, and at the bottom – alloy standard; and on the right – the coin’s denomination: 1000 ТЫСЯЧА РУБЛЁЎ (1,000 RUBLES); and beneath – the year of issue.
Reverse
the gold–plated relief image of the Cross of Euphrasyne of Polatsk studded with artificial gems of different colors; and to the left and to the right of the image of the Cross – vertical inscriptions: КРЫЖ ЕЎФРАСІННІ ПОЛАЦКАЙ 1161 (THE CROSS OF EUPHRASYNE OF POLATSK 1161).
