The coins are round. The rim is raised on both sides of the coin. The edge of the coins is corrugated.
Obverse
at the top in the center - the relief image of the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus, in the center of the coin – the logo of Slavianski Bazaar made in style of dynamic, decorative-font composition; the inscription along the rim: at the top - РЭСПУБЛІКА БЕЛАРУСЬ (REPUBLIC OF BELARUS); beneath: on the silver coin – alloy standard and face–value: "10 РУБЛЁЎ" (10 ROUBLES), copper–nickel coin – face–value: "1 РУБЕЛЬ" (1 ROUBLE); on the left – year of issue; on the right on the silver coin – alloy standard.
Reverse
in the center - against the background of panorama of the city with recognizable and significant architectural images to Vitebsk - the relief image of a stylized hand extended to a viewer in a trustworthy gesture (palm up), which shows the main stage of Slavianski Bazaar - amphitheater, behind it – note-bluet with petals, turning into birds, with a tower "Dukhovskoi Kruglik" at the background.
