Commemorative Coins "The Icon of the Most Holy Theotokos of the Sign"

The coins are rectangular in shape with a raised rim on the obverse and the reverse. The coins’ edge is grained.
Obverse
at the top — the relief image of the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus and the inscription in two lines: РЭСПУБЛIКА БЕЛАРУСЬ (THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS); in the center — the ornamental pattern in the form of a grapevine symbolizing the Theotokos, within the pattern — the representation of the cross which was erected in the territory of Zaslavl’s stronghold to commemorate the thousandth anniversary of the Orthodox Church in Belarus, and the alloy standard; and at the bottom — the denomination: 20 РУБЛЁЎ (20 RUBLES) and 500 РУБЛЁЎ (500 RUBLES) on silver coins, 50 РУБЛЁЎ (50 RUBLES) and 1000 РУБЛЁЎ (1,000 RUBLES) on gold coins, and the year of issue to the right of the denomination.
Reverse
in the center — the image of the Most Holy Theotokos of the Sign (on the 20-ruble and 500-ruble silver coins the Theotokos, Jesus Christ, and seraphs’ halos as well as the Theotokos’s name, and the stars on her robe are plated with gold; and at the bottom — the inscription: ЗНАМЕННЕ (OF THE SIGN).
